Employer portal for iqama and exit re-entry visas
What is Muqeem?
Companies and their HR departments, on a paid annual subscription. Workers do not have Muqeem accounts, but they can use its public checks and should know what HR can do there.
Employers issue exit re-entry visas for their staff through Muqeem or Absher Business. Since 2021 you can also request one yourself on Absher. Check your iqama is valid first.
Ask HR for the visa number and the return-by date printed on the visa.
Use the Visa Validity check on muqeem.sa, or the exit re-entry visa status inquiry in Absher, to confirm the visa type and dates.
If you are outside Saudi Arabia and need more time, your employer can extend the exit re-entry visa through Muqeem while the visa and your iqama are still valid. HRSD lists the fee as SAR 200.

No. Muqeem accounts are for establishments, which subscribe to a package. As an employee you use Absher for your own services and the public checks on muqeem.sa.
Open muqeem.sa and use the Visa Validity quick check. You can also check the visa type, validity and details in Absher under the exit re-entry visa status inquiry.
Yes. The employer can extend it through Muqeem if the visa and your iqama are still valid and the fee is paid. HRSD's guide lists the fee as SAR 200.
It is a detailed report on a resident employee that an employer can print from Muqeem. Its authenticity can be checked with the Verify Muqeem Report service on the site.
