Rules worth knowing
- The 2023 law doubled the old rate (half a month for the first 3 years) and pays part-years pro-rata.
- From 19 July 2027 employers will pay 9% of the basic wage into a national savings fund for expatriates instead; service before that date is still settled under the Labour Law.
